Baklavafabriken
The Baklava Factory traces its origins back to 1970s Erbil, where Haji Ramzi founded his first bakery and became known as โThe Baklava Baker.โ When the family later relocated to Gothenburg, they brought their craftsmanship with them, and Swedish production began in 2000.
Blending tradition with innovation, the Kaiwan Ramzi brand was launched in 2017 with a focus on reduced sugar and more refined flavors. Today, baklava is produced in modern facilities in Storรฅs and distributed to stores across Sweden, still rooted in the same passion for traditional craftsmanship.
